Our 2026-2027 School Year Session starts September 8th-June 14th.
Registration is open for students to participate in our optional Winter Showcase until October 15th. Registration will open again December 1st-February 15th for students to perform in our Spring Showcase.

Age 18mo-3yr Classes | 6 Week Sessions
These mini sessions are perfect for beginners or for busy families that aren’t ready to commit to a regular season dance class! This is an excellent way to try something new, meet new friends and develop new skills. Join us for these 6-week sessions of fun and dancing! No required dress code, or membership fee. Session Dates & Themes:
- Session I: Sept. 14-Oct. 24 – Bluey’s Ballet Adventure!
- Session II: Oct. 26-Dec. 12 (No Classes Nov. 25-28) – Little Movers Dance Party: Inspired by YouTube’s Miss Rachel
*Students in Wednesday-Saturday classes will have their session pushed out one week to accommodate the week we are closed for Thanksgiving Break. - Session III: Jan. 4-Feb. 13 – Peppa’s Primer Dance Class
- Session IV: Feb. 15- April 3rd (No Classes March 22-27) – Spin & Splash with the Bubble Guppies!
- Session V: April 5- May 15 – Music & Movement with Mickey and Friends!
6 week classes do not perform in Showcases. Those enrolled in Session V may perform in the Spring Showcase if they extend their session to learn the dance. We’ll reach out to enrolled students with info about this.

Acro Classes | 6 Week Sessions
Acro classes teach gymnastics moves that complement the various dance styles and facilitate better movement. More and more dance routines are displaying gymnastics and we want to give your child that creative and competitive advantage. Acro classes are offered in 6 week sessions so dancers can jump in and develop specific skills throughout the year. See session details for ages & levels

Age 3-9 Intro-To-Dance Classes | 6 Week Sessions
We offer various themed mini sessions throughout the school year and reveal the themes one at a time. These classes are for ages 3-9 and are INTRO-based. They are a great way to dip your toes into dance with a fun and engaging theme!
Classes Meet: Fridays – Ages 3-5 @ 6:00-6:45 pm | Ages 6-9 @ 6:45-7:30 pm. At the APA Franklin studio.
Cost: $125 | Includes free themed gift!
*6 week classes do not perform in Showcases. Those enrolled in Sessions I or V may have the option to perform if they extend their session to learn the dance. We’ll reach out to enrolled students with info about this.
2026-2027 Sessions:
Session I: Sept. 18-Oct. 23 – Get Your Glow On!
6 week session, meets once a week for six weeks. Wear comfortable athletic wear & gym shoes. Neon Colors encouraged! Grab a glow stick, & dance all night in this mini glow in the dark dance class! Students will learn beginner Jazz/Hip-Hop choreography to popular songs while making friends in a classroom setting!

Pricing
- Annual Membership fee: $40 individual / $50 for families*
- Tuition Costs: Listed tuition prices refer to the monthly fee, NOT by the number of classes in the month.
-The monthly fee will remain the same whether it is a long or short lesson month.
-You will stay enrolled each month throughout the session unless you notify our office otherwise.
-Tuition must be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. Tuition will be debited on the fifteenth of every month to pre-pay for the upcoming month with your last payment on 5/15 (for the school year session). - Registration: Payment for the first month (and any applicable membership fees) are due at the time of registration to hold the class spot.
- Our School Year Schedule stays consistent throughout the 10 month school year (September-June), but you are only committed on a month-to-month basis. Classes meet once a week. Almost all of our students stay the entire year so they are able to participate in both of our exciting performances in December and June! To withdraw from any classes a parent or guardian must complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the front desk by the 14th of the previous month to discontinue any classes or private lessons. If you do NOT notify us by the 14th of the previous month, tuition will be charged on the 15th and cannot be refunded. All withdrawals require a 2-week notice.
Process
Existing Customer Portal Login – log in using your email address to register for Classes. You can also reset your password if needed. Use the filter icon when searching for classes and filter results by Program.
New Customers:

- Click on the link next to the class you would like to register your first child for. A secure registration form will open.
- Complete the form and submit with your credit card information. Our office staff will review your registration and make any necessary adjustments to your registration fee or tuition fee.
- Once all discounts are applied, your credit card will be charged and you will receive notification of your payment within 1-3 business days.
- First month’s payment is required to complete the registration along with our yearly membership fee. Tuition will be prorated if you start after the 1st of the month.
APA reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes based on enrollment. We will contact you if this situation should arise and work with you to find another class for your child.

Discounts
Please note, discounts are applied manually by the front-desk before your billing cycle begins.
- Multiple classes a week: 2nd class receives $10 off, 3rd class and any additional class receives $15 off.
- Sibling Discount: $5 off the less expensive class.
Dance Dress Code
We ask that dance students wear dance attire in class. Click HERE to view our dance dress code!
Additional Dance Info
- Our student dress code is available here.
- Dancers can store their belongings inside the classrooms, in our cubbies.
- Make sure to bring a bottle of water and use the bathroom before class as we do not take bathroom/drink breaks. If a student needs to use the restroom during class, they should tell their teacher.
- Parents of students that are 1st grade and younger are asked to stay on the property, especially if your child is not potty trained. Parents are more than welcome to stay and watch classes through our observation windows, but are not required for Grades 2nd and up!
- Dance shoes should only be worn inside the classroom. Please do not let your dancer wear these outside.
- If your dancer needs to change to accommodate the dress code before class, please use our restrooms.
- We have teacher biographies available on our website. We also have class assistants for Grades 1st & Under if there are more than 5 students inside of the classroom. Our class assistants are members of our Competitive Teams.
- If your child is not loving the class they registered for, feel free to try another group class or style to see if it is a better fit for your child!
- Our Academy also offers Competitive Teams with auditions held in May for the following year. If your student is interested, please email our Team Coordinator [email protected] for details.

We have ongoing, themed six-week dance sessions throughout the school year and reveal the themes one at a time. These classes are for ages 4-9 and are INTRO-based. They are a great way to dip your toes into dance with a fun and engaging theme! Past themes have included hits like Barbie, Trolls, and Swifities! Because we like to choose themes based on popular music and media, themes will be updated here as the dates approach!
