APA All-Star Competitive Poms Team!

Our All-Star Poms program is a competitive team experience focused on building confidence, strong technique, and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

Now in our 5th All-Star season and 22nd year serving our community, APA provides a structured and experienced training environment for dancers of all levels.

Teams compete in:

  • 2–3 Regional Competitions
  • 1 Grand Championship
  • 1 Grand Nationals

Dancers also perform at community events and our Winter Showcase.

Auditions for the 2026-2027 season:  Saturday, April 18th | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM @ APA Oak Creek

Auditions – What to Expect

  • No prior training required
  • Dancers will be evaluated in group settings
  • Results are emailed within 1–3 days
  • Registration must be completed prior to audition day

Dress Code (Required)

  • Fitted black tank top or t-shirt
  • Jazz pants OR black leotard with tan tights
  • Hair in a bun
  • Jazz shoes or athletic shoes
  • Optional: black dance shorts

Team Age Guidelines (as of 9/1/26)

  • Emeralds: 2016–2021
  • Rubies: 2013–2018
  • Sapphires: 2010–2016
  • Diamonds: 2010–2016

Dancers may fall into more than one group. Final placement is based on skill level and evaluation.

Audition Cost

  • $40 deposit due at registration
  • Applied toward your first payment
  • Only refunded if your dancer is not placed on a team
