Dance with us in the 4th of July Parade by attending our Kiddie Clinic:
Join our fun-filled kiddie clinic where dancers (ages 7+, all levels) will learn a choreographed routine to perform in the Oak Creek 4th of July Parade!
Dancers will learn their routine via video from our expert instructor, Miss Heather, and receive a 1-hour long rehearsal before the event at our Oak Creek studio. Participants will receive an exclusive 4th of July APA shirt and red, white, and blue poms!
Under 7 years old? We have an opportunity for you to participate as well. Details found in the registration form below!

Introducing the NEW APA/NSDS Performance Team for dancers ages 6–10!
Does your dancer love being on stage? This exciting full-year program is designed for students who want more opportunities to perform, build confidence, develop stage presence, and be part of a fun, supportive team environment — without the full commitment of competitive dance.
Performance Team dancers will participate in exciting community performances throughout the season at events and venues such as Six Flags, The Wave, Milwaukee Milkmen, Winter & Spring Showcases, and more!
The program includes weekly rehearsals, team performances, and additional opportunities to grow as a performer while building friendships and teamwork skills along the way. Participation in the summer prep session is required, and dancers must also be enrolled in at least one additional recreational or competitive dance class during the school year.

You’re Invited: APA & NSDS Student Appreciation Day
Join us for an exciting evening of fun as we celebrate our amazing students and families at our joint Student Appreciation Day — hosted at our sister studio, Next Step Dance!
We’re holding the event at our “middle ground” location because it offers the most outdoor space for everyone to enjoy! We know it’s a new spot for some of our APA families, but we promise it’s a convenient location and the perfect setting for games, activities, and making great memories together. A huge thank you to Jubilee Church for letting us use some of their space.
We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you — see you there!

This FREE event is our way of saying thank you for being a valued part of our studio community. We’ll have hot dogs & chips, bounce houses, games, glitter tattoos, raffles and more — all designed for a great time with great people.

Special Someone Dance Production @ our Spring Dance Showcase –
This FREE performance is for current students who want to share the spotlight with someone special- mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, or whoever’s ready to dance alongside them.
Just one practice to learn the routine. Can’t make it? No problem- we’ll send a video in June so you can learn at home. Students will perform in their costumes. Adults can keep it simple with business casual or jeans and a nice top.
Bonus: dancers from both locations can attend either practice!
Franklin Practices – Friday, June 5th (Studio 3)
- Grades 1st and younger: 5:45–6:30 PM
- Grades 2nd and older: 6:30–7:00 PM
Oak Creek Practices – Saturday, June 6th (Studio C)
- Grades 2nd and older: 10:00 AM–10:30 AM
- Grades 1st and younger: 10:30 AM -11:15 AM

Sibling Ticket Offer
Have siblings in different showcases? We understand the challenge! APA will provide 4 free tickets to your second show ($52 credit applied to your APA account for future tuition).
To receive the credit:
- Email us your ticketing receipt in May and let us know your siblings’ showcase times.
- Due to scheduling challenges with over 700 dancers, we prioritize family accommodations based on the registration date for the current session, as well as studio needs, and ensuring a diverse and well-balanced performance lineup.
Showcase Costumes
Same costumes from the Winter Show will be used.
Switched classes? If your new class uses a different costume, a new one must be purchased.

Showcase Routines
- Classes will continue working on their new Showcase dances while still continuing their technique training, across-the-floor combinations, and stylized skills.
- Not participating in the show? Your dancer will still learn the routine and be placed strategically to avoid formation gaps.
Backstage Volunteers:
We will offer a parent volunteer sign-up for anyone interested in chaperoning younger students backstage. Volunteers do not need to purchase a ticket and will be able to watch their child’s performance from the side stage. Volunteers must remain backstage for the entire show, and siblings who are not performing are not allowed backstage.
A detailed volunteer email will be sent the week of the showcase.
