APA's OFFICIAL Fall/Winter 2023 MUSICAL!
Based on the beloved holiday film, this hilarious fish-out-of-water comedy follows Buddy the Elf in his quest to find his true identity. This modern-day holiday classic is sure to make every young performer embrace his or her “inner elf” with plenty of large ensemble numbers featuring elves and (New Yorkers) of every type.
The Performances are Saturday, December 2nd or Sunday, December 3rd at 6pm – and will be sure to get everyone in the holiday spirit! This ticketed event and will be held at the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center. Tickets will cost $15 per ticket and will go on sale on Monday, October 9th at 10am by visiting https://29869.danceticketing.com/.
All students who enrolled will be cast in this production, but they must come to the audition dates so that the production crew can cast the show prior to the first rehearsal. We are seeking all genders, abilities, and ethnicities. All parts are available. More audition info below!

For Students Age: 6-18 years old
Cost: There are 4 total payments which includes tuition, props, rehearsals and script fees. Payment 1 of $116 is charged when registering. Payment 2 charged 9/15 for $116, Payment 3 charged 10/15 for $116 and Payment 4 charged 11/15 for $58.
Auditions: August 21st @ 4:00-7:00 pm
Callbacks: August 22nd @ 4:00-7:00 pm
*If you cannot make either of these dates, please send a video of your student singing a 1 minute song of their choice from a musical movie or broadway show, & reading from a script sample (short scenes/sides from Elf Jr, provided below) and email it to [email protected] by 8/22!*

Fridays 6:30-8:30 pm &
Saturdays 10:30-12:30
(4 hours per week from Sep. 8th – Dec. 8th & 9th) | APA Franklin
Tentative Tech. & Dress Rehearsal Dates: December 5th, 6th, & 7th, 4-8pm

Audition Info
Once you have registered, and signed up for auditions at the buttons above, you should review the information below! As stated on the Audition Sign Up form, auditions will consist of students singing a 1 minute song of their choice from a musical movie or broadway show, reading from the script (short scenes/sides from Elf Jr, provided below), and learning a simple dance combination. Study and prepare the Sides/Scenes for the character(s) you are most interested in playing!
