Happy Fall Y’all!
The leaves are changing, temperatures are getting cooler and pumpkin spice is EVERYWHERE! As we fall into a new season, there are so many ways to celebrate! Between apple picking, outdoor adventures and the yearly trip to the pumpkin farm, weekends are packed with family activities. So how do you choose?
We have listed 5 of our FAVORITE Family Fall activities with all the classic events and some new twists!
Whether your family likes time spent in the great outdoors, cozy in the kitchen or gathering at a favorite community event, this list has something for everyone!
Create a Caramel Apple Bar
Have you ever come home after a day spent at your local apple orchard and thought “What am I going to do with all of these apples?!” Rather than spending hours making apple pie, create a DIY caramel apple bar! All you need is your favorite tub of caramel, popsicle sticks and a variety of toppings. Wash all apples before skewing the popsicle sticks into the top of the apple. Then all that’s left to do is gather the family, heat up some tasty caramel and decorate your dipped apples with your favorite toppings! M&M’s, Nuts, Chocolate chips, Dried Fruit, the list is endless!
Backyard Bonfire
The solution is simple- time together outdoors around a cozy fire! This fall, spend more time in nature, enjoying bonfires in the backyard with your loved ones. Gather around the fire pit for some marshmallow roasting fun or toast some s’mores over an open flame. Fall brings cooler weather, crisp mornings, colorful leaves changing on trees and plenty of opportunities to enjoy each other’s company!
