Family Vision Board
The month of January is always a jumping-off point to achieve new goals, travel to new places, and create lasting memories with the ones we love.
Vision boards are one of the BEST tools to help us manifest the dreams we want to accomplish this year!
According to Psychology Today, “Mental practices (like visualization) can increase motivation, confidence, and even motor performance.”
So what better way to plan out your year than by creating a colorful and inspiring vision board with the whole family contributing!
The first step is to gather supplies such as posters or foam boards, scissors, magazines, tape, glue, or push pins, and plenty of space to work.
Next, decide what topics you want to divide your board into. We have created a FREE printable in the LINK BELOW for your family to fill out together.
Sections like Adventures, Goals, and Hobbies, just to name a few, will help everyone to narrow their focus and then decide on one topic for each section.
Be sure to sit together as a family and take a moment to think about your perfect 2021. What does that look like? Where should we travel? What new hobbies or activities will you join?

14 days for $14 dollars allows your dancer to sample ANY group dance class(es) for fourteen days for ONLY $14 dollars! This will give your child the opportunity to try different dance styles before they register for our current session!

Once everyone has completed their sheets it’s time to get CRAFTY!
Start by looking through old magazines for photos that match the topics you’ve selected, such as places you’re wanting to vacation, to provide inspiration to help you reach your goals and visuals of dreams you have for the future.
Have everyone help cut and paste photos to the board, add stickers and stamps with inspirational quotes, and a place to check off accomplishments as the year goes!
Not only is this a great family activity, but it also teaches our kids that at any age, anything is possible with persistence and a clear vision for their future.
