Wow, it is hard to believe November is here!
We hope you were able to join us for our annual Trunk or Treat event! We had such a great turnout for both locations and we will continue to make these events better each year. If not, don’t worry, we have many fun events planned again this year. Up next we have our 5th Annual APA Community Christmas Party on Sunday, December 2nd at our Oak Creek location. This is also open to the public, so bring a friend! We hope you can join us! More details are below!

If you have a younger child that can be disruptive to the class, please watch outside of the classroom through our observation windows. Parents are welcome to videotape the dance at the end of class to use for practicing at home.

We are accepting new and used coats and snow pants for Coats for Kids. All coats will be picked up and cleaned and then distributed to local children in need. APA donated over 50 coats last year and would love to double that number this year!

Changes from SMPAC for 2018: The School District of South Milwaukee are making a few changes. Please read below.
School Security during Regular School Hours
Our walk-up box office sales hours/policies changed earlier this year due to security/visitor procedures here at the high school. Currently, all walk-up ticket sales customers must use Door #7 (district door off of 15th Ave.) and present a photo ID. Hours for walk-up are M-F from 10 am to 1 pm. Phone hours are 10-4.
Postage for Mailing Tickets
In the past, we have not charged renters for postage to mail tickets. As you can imagine, the postage and supplies cost to mail tickets is substantial. Therefore, effective October 1, we will be charging $1.00 per order to mail tickets. Patrons have the option of printing their tickets at home or picking them up at Will Call the day of the show.
Electronic Tickets/Mobile Devices
Due to high patron volume and quick turnarounds for dance recital performances, we strongly recommend that all attendees present a printed ticket at the door. They do not have a ticket scanning system that would guarantee patrons would only be able to use electronic tickets (mobile device) for a single show or single person.
DVD’s: Our Winter Showcase is professionally videotaped and available for purchase. Forms will be available at the event. (The Spring Showcase includes a free dvd of the performance)
Volunteers: We will need a limited amount of volunteer’s back-stage to help with our little ones and volunteers do not have to purchase a ticket. Please contact the front desk if you would like to volunteer.
