We hope you had a great summer and we are so excited that you will be joining us for our 13th year. Classes start Tuesday, September 5th. We want you to settle into your classes as soon as possible. If you feel you are not in the appropriate class based on skill level, style, instrument, etc., please let us know! As long as there is an opening, we can transfer you to your desired class or add on additional classes if needed. We want to make sure you are in the right class and are enjoying yourself! That is our first priority.
We are always striving to become a better performing arts academy every day and your opinion matters to us. We have a comment box in our lobby at both locations and we do an annual survey in June. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better serve you!

Monthly Newsletters: At the beginning of each month we will email out our E-News and put it on our website (www.AcademyWI.com). If you need a paper copy, please see the desk and we will print one off for you.
Member Accounts: On our website there is a member log-in area. Every family has their own account. You can see what your account has been charged, enroll in classes, etc… Your user name is the email address you gave us. If you need to update your email address, please contact us.
Dancers – Bring A Friend Week – September 18th – 23rd: Pick up an invite at the studio. Your friend is welcome to come and participate, or watch your class. Feel free to invite new or current members. And don’t forget about our multi-class discounts and referral credits!!! Competitive team students – please do not bring friends to rehearsal classes. *Friends must be in the same age/grade level
OPTIONAL Kringle Fundraiser: Earn money off tuition! Earn money for your individual studio account to be put towards tuition, apparel, costumes and more! The fundraiser will end on Monday, October 2nd. Forms will be handed out during the first week of class and extra copies will be available at our front desk.
Girl Scout Dance Badge Event: Calling all Girl Scouts! APA is proud to bring back it’s semi-annual Girl Scout Dance Badge Event. Join us for this sampler class that will fulfill the requirements for the Girl Scouts to earn their Dance Badge. This event is FREE and open to the public. Coats for Kids: APA is excited to be participating in Condella’s Coats For Kids again this year! Donations will be accepted Tuesday, Sept 12th – Thursday, Oct. 5th. Please start checking your closets for coats that can be donated to those in need of these items in the harsh Wisconsin winter weather. All sizes are needed.
Try It Free Week September 11th – 16th: Join us for FREE trial classes (select classes) during this week. This is the perfect opportunity to try out a new style of dance or to have a friend experience dance at APA. Click here for a full list of classes.
Referral Program: Share us with a friend. When a new family registers and mentions your name, you will EACH receive a $50 tuition credit. (Credit given after 2 months enrolled and there is no limit to the number of families referred!)
License Plate Winner: Congrats to license plate 411-KMP. One of our staff members spotted your Academy window sticker while driving! Please contact the front desk so we know who you are and you will receive a $50 tuition credit. To participate next month, grab a FREE window sticker at the desk!
Logo Wear for Sale: You can click the link below and place your order online. Our store is open the 1st-10th of each month. All orders will take 3-4 weeks after the store closing date and will be shipped for free to APA-Oak Creek. You will get an email when your order is ready for pick up. Click here to order!
Trunk or Treat: Save the date for our 3rd Annual Truck or Treat Event! This year we will have Trunk or Treat held at both our Oak Creek and Franklin locations on Sunday, October 8th from 12:30-2PM. You will choose a time slot at registration. We will also have a Bounce House, Games, Prizes and More!! Click here for full details and to register. Yard Sign Contest: Our yard sign contest will continue through October. Grab a yard sign from the lobby of either location and place it in your yard. If we spot your house you could be our next tuition credit winner. **September is DOUBLE CREDIT MONTH!** During the month of September if you’re our lucky winner you’ll receive a $100 tuition credit.
Dance Costumes Charged Tuesday, September 26th: Female dancers will automatically be charged for costumes on Tuesday, September 26th using your account on file. If your student will NOT be participating in our winter or spring showcase, please let us know before Saturday, September 23rd. Show dates and times are listed below.
2017 Winter Showcase Times: CLICK HERE – Make sure to click on the tab on the bottom of the spreadsheet for each location. Please remember that we TRY to have siblings perform in the same show for those who registered before June 15th. We cannot guarantee this. If a sibling is scheduled to perform in a different showcase, you will receive 4 free tickets to the show. (We will put a credit in your APA account before 12/15 for the cost of 4 tickets.)
