Have your student join in the fun for our Get your Glow On Spirit Week! Students can dress up in glow/neon colors this whole week. Dress code items are not required but please make sure dancers still wear attire that they can easily move around in.

Spring Break for BOTH Locations:
APA will be closed Monday, March 24th – Sunday, March 30th.
Classes will resume on Monday, March 31st
Dance Registration Cut-off!
Dance Class Make-Up Cut-Off Date: March 15th
Make-up classes must be completed by March 15th, unless a class is available with your same teacher and the same Showcase dance. After this date, it may be difficult for students to attend a different class, as Showcase routines are already in progress. Thank you for understanding!

Sibling Ticket Offer
Have siblings in different showcases? We understand the challenge! APA will provide 4 free tickets to your second show ($52 credit applied to your APA account for future tuition).
To receive the credit:
-Email us your ticketing receipt in May and let us know your siblings’ showcase times.
-Due to scheduling challenges with over 700 dancers, we prioritize family accommodations based on the registration date for the current session, as well as studio needs, and ensuring a diverse and well-balanced performance lineup.
Showcase Costumes
Same costumes from the Winter Show will be used.
–Switched classes? If your new class uses a different costume, a new one must be purchased.

Showcase Routines
Classes will continue working on their new Showcase dances while still practicing technique, across-the-floor combinations, jumps, and turns.
Not participating in the show? Your dancer will still learn the routine and be placed strategically to avoid formation gaps.

Private Music Lesson OPT-OUT Form – Deadline: Monday, March 10th
If you wish to STOP lessons for Summer 2025 and/or the 2025-2026 School Year Session, please complete the OPT-OUT form by Monday, March 10th.
Click HERE to complete the form ONLY if you want to STOP LESSONS.
If you plan to continue in your current time slot for summer AND fall, no action is needed. If we do not receive your Opt-Out form by March 10th, your child will be automatically enrolled.
Current members can request schedule changes starting April 1st.
Families will be notified of any teacher schedule updates once enrollment is finalized.
