Click here to visit the store. All orders are DUE by December 1st to ensure pick-up at APA the week of December 16th.
Logo Wear for Sale – Last Order to receive before Christmas: You can place orders on our online store from the 1st-10th of each month. We do not have these items available at the studio. Student Absences: We have our performances for our Music and Dance recitals coming up. If your student is missing a lot of classes prior to an upcoming performance, please make sure they are practicing at home. If a student does not know their music piece or dance routine, their teacher will ask that those students do not participate in our shows.
Referral Program: Share us with a friend! When a new family registers and mentions your name, you EACH will receive a $50 tuition credit. (Credit given after 2 months enrolled and there is no limit to the number of families referred!)
Text Messaging: In order to better relay important information to you, specifically for weather-related emergencies, please opt-in to receive text messages. You’ll also be the first to know about events and special offers! Text ACADEMY to 77948 to join now.
In-House FULL Dance Dress Rehearsal: Starting Saturday, December 7th – Friday, December 13th we will have our students come to their last regular class AT APA before our Showcase in complete costume with hair and make-up done. This will help our teachers see if there are any costume or shoe issues before our performance.
Showcase Performance Hair: All Recreational Classes – High, curled ponytail Team Students – Required team hair. Check your newsletter or check with your Team coach if you are unsure what the required style is. Video tutorials are available on the team page.
Showcase Performance Make-Up: This is optional for students enrolled in recreational classes. If you feel comfortable having your student wear make-up on stage, please have them wear some. With the bright lighting on stage, students can often look washed so a little lipstick, blush and eye shadow will help with this and bring out their adorable expressions! We understand if you do not want your younger student to wear this.
Parent Observation Week: November 11th-November 16th, we invite parents to come and sit in the classroom to see what your child has been working on in all Dance and Music classes. We will have enough chairs for each child to bring 1-2 people. If you plan on bringing more than 2 people, please bring chairs or they can sit on the floor. If you have a younger child that can be disruptive to the class, please watch outside of the classroom through our observation windows. Parents are welcome to videotape the dance at the end of class to use for practicing at home.
License Plate Winner: Congrats to license plate 903-WFP! One of our staff members spotted your Academy window sticker while driving! Please contact the front desk so we know who you are and you will receive a $50 tuition credit. To participate, grab a FREE window sticker at the desk!

Electronic Tickets/Mobile Devices
Due to high patron volume and quick turnarounds for dance recital performances, we strongly recommend that all attendees present a printed ticket at the door. They do not have a ticket scanning system that would guarantee patrons would only be able to use electronic tickets (mobile device) for a single show or single person.
