Monthly Newsletter – October 2017

October 2017 Monthly Newsletter

We hope your child has settled in to his/her classes by now, but most importantly enjoying them! Our biggest priority is that your child is finding value and learning in class, but having fun at the same time! Being a part of APA, we want your child to experience MORE than just great arts education. You will see our Academy giving back and our teachers explaining why we do what we do and who we are helping. This month we are participating in Fox 6’s Coats for Kids. Read more about this by our donation buckets in our lobby. We are also doing a Free Trunk or Treat event on October 8th in Oak Creek and Franklin and asking those that participate to bring a canned good for The Salvation Army.  We don’t just teach kids to be great at the arts, we teach the arts to make great kids! Happy October!

2017 Winter Showcase Times:

One thing our students look forward to every year is our dance showcases. All of our classes perform on stage with their current dance class and will learn the routine during their scheduled dance class. Our Showcases are set for Saturday, December 16th at the South Milwaukee High School PAC. Our shows will be approx. one hour in length. We will be teaching our Winter Dances starting the end of October/beginning of November in class. Every class will have their own dance and costume and only perform in one show unless you are on a performance team.
