Monthly Newsletter – June 2019

As we are preparing for our end-of-the-year performances, we know a lot of questions may pop up. If anyone is uncertain about any information, please feel free to call us at our number listed below. We would rather have you call and find the right answer, than miss something important. Our staff is here to assist you! If you will not be joining us for Summer classes, we hope you have a great Summer and we hope to see you in Fall for the start of our 15th year! Thank you for being a part of APA this past season and making it a great year! The studio will have limited office hours during the Summer. Please call us at (414) 768-0101, if you have any questions. We will be checking our voicemail even if we do not have specific office hours that day! Good luck to those that still have performances coming up and great job to those who performed in our Spring Music Recital!

Want better chances for siblings to be in the same Dance Showcase? Believe it or not we start working on our Showcase line-ups in June for the upcoming year. We pull an enrollment report for all our students that register by June 15th and start assigning show times. If your siblings are registered by this date, you have a better chance of getting both siblings in the same Showcase. ***Please note that if students transfer classes after this date, we will NOT rearrange Show times and this is still NOT a guarantee as it also depends on how many other students are in the same situation.

Reminder – Last Day of Classes: Everyone’s last payment was charged on May 15th and your account on file will not be charged again unless you register for a Summer or Fall class. You do not need to fill out a drop form when it is the end of a session.
